"I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Shari Scott, Office Manager/Sales Team Leader at Tiffany Cardinale State Farm in Abbeville. I had been shopping my auto insurance pretty aggressively and comparing several major companies. State Farm quickly became the company to beat on both price and coverage — and after finishing my comparisons, nobody beat them.
What really sealed the deal, though, was Shari. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Every question I asked was answered immediately and clearly, and she made the entire process of setting up my new policy remarkably easy. There was never any pressure — just excellent service from someone who obviously knows her business and genuinely cares about helping the customer.
In a world where dealing with insurance companies can often be frustrating and time-consuming, my experience with Shari was exactly the opposite.
